How it works

Every piece is made to order, for you. Here is what that means, from the moment you choose to the moment it arrives.

You pick a piece, a color and a size.
Every color has its own photo, and every size listed is one we can make in that color. Each product page has a size chart in inches, and nothing is returnable for fit, so it's worth a look.

It is made for you.
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is printed or embroidered after you order it, which is why there are so many colors. Each product page says how many business days it takes to make.

It ships to you.
Made and shipped in the US. You choose the shipping at checkout and see its cost and any sales tax before you pay. We email you tracking when it ships, and your order page shows where it is.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel from your order page until we start making it, usually within a day, and get a full refund. The link is in your order confirmation.

If a piece arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we replace or refund it. Returns and problems explains how.
