Who we are

Jubal is a trade name of Do Dev LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 8971 Daniels Center Dr, Ste 305, Fort Myers, FL 33912. This policy covers jubal.store and the emails it sends.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address and, if you give it, a phone number for the carrier, along with what you ordered. If you redeem a gift, we collect the same details.

We don't use accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser until you check out. To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled code derived from your IP address for a few hours; we never store the address itself.

Why we use it

Only to make, ship and support your order: to take payment, calculate sales tax, send your pieces, email you about your order, and answer your questions. We don't send marketing emails, and we don't sell or share your personal information.

Who helps us

Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax. Printful makes and ships your pieces, so it receives your name, shipping address and order. send.dev delivers our emails. Convex stores order records, and Vercel and Cloudflare run and protect the website. Each uses your information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing store@jubal.store. We'll do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

jubal.store isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
