Who you're buying from

jubal.store is Jubal's official merchandise store. Jubal is a trade name of Do Dev LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 8971 Daniels Center Dr, Ste 305, Fort Myers, FL 33912. In these terms, "Jubal", "we" and "us" mean Do Dev LLC.

Your order

Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a piece can't be made or the price shown was clearly wrong.

We ship within the United States only.

Prices, tax and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged at the carrier rate shown at checkout. Sales tax is added at payment where we're required to collect it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Made to order

Each piece is made for you after you order, then shipped. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, counted from when the piece is made. Photos are digital previews of each design on each colour; real colours and the exact placement of a print or stitching can vary slightly between screens and pieces.

Delivery and problems

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong, or doesn't arrive, our Returns and problems page explains how we put it right. Because pieces are made to order, we don't accept returns for size or a change of mind.

Gifts

A gift link lets the person it was sent to choose the pieces it covers, at no charge to them. It isn't cash, can't be exchanged for cash, and ends on the date it shows.

Our names and designs

The Jubal names, logos and designs on our pieces are protected. Buying a piece doesn't give any right to reproduce them.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Apart from those rights, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
